This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
Bacon Cheeseburger Bread Dipper
A perfect Summer appetizer suitable for entertaining or snacking! Our goal was to encapsulate the delectable essence of a grilled burger in a single, extraordinary bread dipper. To achieve this, we meticulously combined our Savory Butter Infused Olive Oil, Bacon Infused Olive Oil, Pepe e Aglio Seasoning Blend, and Herbs di Napoli Balsamic to replicate the flavors of a perfectly seasoned burger. We then incorporated a spreadable pub-style cheddar cheese, red onion, pickles, tomatoes, and crispy bacon to recreate the delightful burger toppings.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup Savory Butter Infused Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Bacon Infused Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Herbs di Napoli Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup cheddar pub cheese or spreadable cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons red onion, peeled and minced
1 1/2 tablespoons dill pickles, minced
1/3 cup roasted cherry tomatoes (either homemade or jarred)
2 tablespoons bacon, cooked and chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Pepe e Aglio Seasoning Blend
Ciabatta, sourdough, or baguette, toasted (or warmed) and sliced
Instructions
Drizzle Savory Butter Infused Olive Oil, Bacon Infused Olive Oil, and Herbs di Napoli Balsamic Vinegar onto a plate or flat-bottomed bowl. Add the cheese to the plate, spreading it out slightly for easy dipping. Sprinkle the dish with red onion, pickles, tomatoes, bacon, parsley, and seasoning blend. Serve with toasted or warmed slices of bread for dipping, scooping, and sopping.
