Lemony crunchy salad

I use this on crunchy lettuce & kale salad with Parmesan cheese,black pepper. And your olive oil reserve!

Delicious

Great; use it in salad dressings and you'll be happy. Roast some chicken thighs and cauliflower and finish with this and you'll be happy. You could probably drizzle it on ice cream, add it to drinks, and thousands of other applications.

I adore this vinegar. I use it on my salad almost every night. I eat the salad mostly for the vinegar. I would choose the vinegar as a drink over a glass of wine. Truly yummy.

Great versatile olive oil.

MESQUITE HICKORY SMOKED OIL

This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
