Great substitute for butter

I frequently use this instead of butter on fish. Also, when frying eggs or other times butter is called for. I haven't used it in food as a butter substitute, but I might get brave one day and try it.

Light buttery taste

I purchased this thinking what can I do with it. Well I used it as the oil in my pumpkin walnut pancakes and they were even more delicious than usual. I used it on fish also a delicious taste. Great taste and very light/
