Glad I bought two bottles of the '25!! It is an exceptional addition to savory pasta sauce with pitted, dry black olives, anchovies, onion, oregano, red pepper flakes (next time I'll substitute a measure of fermented Calabrian chili pepper paste), Greek sea salt, and brined capers. Simply fabulous sauce for Albacore tuna. An excellent oil addition to my kitchen! For the 'full effect' try a TBS!

The flavor is so delicious and very enjoyable to eat vegetables and salads with this olive oil. I use the white balsamic vinegar and this olive oil to make the most perfect combination for a salad dressing!

This was my first visit to the story in Bethlehem and I LOVED it. I purchased the Herbs de Provence olive oil, as well as some other products and this olive oil infused with Herbs de Provence is absolutely delicious. I used it to make roased peppers where I roasted them using the Herbs de Provence olive oil. They roated in the oven for about 20 minutes coated in the olive oil. Wow, they came out delicouse. I served the peppers on a loaf of fresh bread with extra Herbs de Provence Olive Oil. My guests were raving and enjoyed the appetizer with this SEASONS product.

Great on sandwiches & wraps. Good too with tomato, cucumber, onion salad. Holds up well with the addition of feta & kalamative olives to that salad.

This is my all-time favorite salad vinegar dressing. I have shared it with others and they feel the same. The flavor is fresh, not heavy, not sweet just perfect. I highly recommend it.
