Floating Olive Branch
Teriyaki Firecracker Beef

Serves 4 

Ingredients: 

1 ½ tablespoons Garlic Infused Olive Oil 

1 pound lean ground beef 

2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced 

1 shallot, peeled and diced 

2 tablespoons Teriyaki Infused Dark Balsamic 

1 tablespoon soy sauce 

1 tablespoon rice vinegar 

1-2 tablespoons sriracha 

2 tablespoons brown sugar 

Pinch crushed red pepper flakes 

Serving suggestions: jasmine rice, cilantro, scallions, carrots, red bell peppers, sesame seeds 

Instructions 

Heat Garlic Infused Olive Oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the ground beef, and stir-fry until browned, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, shallot, Teriyaki Infused Dark, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, brown sugar, and crushed red pepper flakes to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the liquid elements to a simmer, stirring frequently, and continue cooking for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed into the beef. 

Divide the beef between plates and serve with cooked rice. Top with cilantro, scallions, carrots, red bell peppers, and sesame seeds.
