Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 cup feta cheese
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons Gremolata Infused Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
1 tablespoon Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 teaspoon Sicilian Seasoning
Fleur de Sel and black pepper, to taste
Assortment of spring vegetables for dipping: carrots, celery, asparagus, snap peas, radishes, and cucumbers
Instructions
Place feta, yogurt, Gremolata Infused Olive Oil, Elderflower White Balsamic, lemon juice, garlic, and Sicilian seasoning in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper and place in a serving bowl.
Serve the dip with an assortment of spring vegetables.
