This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!

Ingredients
3 fresh sage leaves, plus extra for garnish
2 Tbs Bee Raw Florida Orange Blossom Honey [Available at Seasons]
4 oz. Vodka
8 oz. Seasons Grapefruit Whole Fruit Balsamic Vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Seltzer
Seasons Matcha Tea Premium Salt
Grapefruit slices for garnish
Directions
Muddle sage leaves and honey in the bottom of a small cocktail pitcher. Add vodka, grapefruit balsamic, lime juice, and a pinch of Seasons Matcha Tea Salt. Stir to combine well.
Divide between 2 ice-filled glasses and top with seltzer. Garnish with grapefruit slices and sage leaves.
