A log of soft goat cheese is rolled in lemon zest, grapefruit zest, rosemary, thyme, and chives before being drizzled with Herbs de Provence Olive Oil and Pink Grapefruit Infused White Balsamic.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon grapefruit zest
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Fleur de Sel
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large log of goat cheese
4 tablespoons Herbs de Provence Infused Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Pink Grapefruit White Balsamic Vinegar
Assorted crackers
Instructions
Place lemon zest, grapefruit zest, rosemary, thyme, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper on a large plate, stir to combine, and spread out in an even layer. Roll the goat cheese log in the herb seasoning mixture, coating completely. Cover the goat cheese in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve or for approximately 1 hour. When ready to serve, unwrap and place on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and white balsamic and serve with assorted crackers.
