This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
Avocado Green Goddess Dressing
This iconic salad dressing just got a little mini-makeover. We combine ripe avocado, fresh herbs and garlic with our Pedro Ximenez Sherry Vinegar, Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil and our Roasted Garlic Fused Premium Salt...absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
1 cup fresh parsley
1 ½ Tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
¼ cup Seasons Pedro Ximenez Sherry Vinegar
½ cup Seasons Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
½ cup crème fraiche or sour cream (or vegan mayo)
2 garlic cloves
3 anchovy fillets (optional)
1 tsp Seasons Roasted Garlic Fused Premium Salt
½ tsp Seasons Pepe e Aglio (black pepper blend)
1 tsp Seasons Sicilian Blend Seasoning
Directions
In a blender or high powered food processor, combine all ingredients; blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until the sauce is green and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
