This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
Ingredients:
1 cup Dijon mustard [Available at Seasons]
¼ cup honey [Available at Seasons]
¼ cup light brown sugar
½ cup Seasons Barrel Aged Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Seasons Garlic Bread Seasoning Blend
¼ cup Agromonte Cherry Tomato Bruschetta [Available at Seasons]
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce [Available at Seasons]
1 tsp Seasons Pepe e Aglio Black Pepper Blend
2 Tbsp Seasons Mesquite Smoked EVOO
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to two months.
