This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
Makes one cocktail
Ingredients:
1oz Pink Grapefruit White Balsamic
1oz Cranberry Pear Fruit Vinegar
4oz cranberry juice
4oz grapefruit juice
1-2oz simple syrup, honey, or agave
Lime and grapefruit wedges for garnish
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in the pink grapefruit balsamic, cranberry pear balsamic, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Vigorously shake and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with lime or grapefruit wedges before serving.
