Best Strawberry Basil Vinaigrette

We love this salad dressing drizzled over chunky chopped salads, like this Italian Chopped Salad, or to highlight other seasonal fruits & veggies, like this Tomato and Peach Salad.

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

1/4 cup fresh strawberries

1 Tbs. fresh basil

1/2 tsp. Pepe e Aglio Seasoning

3 Tbs. Strawberry Infused Dark Balsamic

1/2 cup Basil Infused Olive Oil

Instructions:

Place all the vinaigrette ingredients (strawberries, basil, seasoning, balsamic, and olive oil) in a food processor and blend until combined. Transfer the mixture to a serving vessel (we like glass bottles or our Salad Dressing Bottle, the better to shake and serve) and drizzle over your favorite seasonal salads.
