This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). Ingredients:
1oz reposado tequila
1oz Hibiscus Agrodolce
3oz hibiscus tea, brewed and chilled
1oz lime juice
1oz simple syrup or agave
2-3oz sparkling wine
Garnish: sugar rim and lime
Instructions
Fill a large cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, agrodolce, brewed tea, lime juice, agave, and sparkling wine, vigorously shake to combine. Pour the margarita into a sugar rimmed glass and garnish with lime.
