This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
Ingredients:
1 package broccoli slaw mix
1 cup frozen edamame, thawed
3/4 cup pineapple, peeled and diced
3/4 cup mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1/4 cup chow mein noodles
garnish: star fruit sliced and cilantro sprigs
Sesame Orange Dressing:
1 Tbs. soy sauce
5 oz. Honey Ginger Infused White Balsamic
1 oz. Garlic Infused Olive Oil
2 oz. Orange Infused Olive Oil
1oz. Roasted Sesame Oil
Instruction:
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl (broccoli slaw, edamame, pineapple, mango, cashews, cilantro, scallions, and chow mein noodles).
Combine sesame orange dressing ingredients in the salad dressing shaker bottle (following the diagram listed on the side of the bottle). Shake to combine and drizzle over the salad when ready to serve. Drizzle 1/4 cup of dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Garnish salad with star fruit slices before serving.
