Floating Olive Branch
Calabrian Honey-Garlic Air Fryer Wings

Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients:

Sauce:

½ cup hot sauce

2 tablespoons Calabrian Infused Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Garlic Infused Olive Oil

¼ cup honey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

4 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

Wings:

1 dozen raw chicken wings, thawed if frozen

1 tablespoon Garlic Infused Olive Oil

1 ½ teaspoons Fleur de Sel

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Celery sticks, carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

Place hot sauce, Calabrian Infused Olive Oil, Garlic Infused Olive Oil, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Bring to a low simmer over medium-low heat and cook for 10 minutes, whisking frequently. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool while you cook the wings.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the raw wings in a large bowl, drizzle with Garlic Infused Olive Oil, and season with salt, pepper, and Smoked Paprika. Toss to coat. Place the wings in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between each wing, and cook for 10 minutes. (Depending on the size of your basket, you may need to work in batches.)

Increase the temperature to 400°F, flip the wings, and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy and cooked.

Remove the wings from the air fryer and place them in a large, clean bowl. Add half of the sauce to the bowl and toss to coat the wings (drizzle with more sauce, if desired).

Serve the wings with extra sauce and blue cheese dressing for dressing.
