This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!
Blackberry Ginger Vinaigrette
We love drizzling this Blackberry Ginger Vinaigrette recipe over Asian-inspired salads, like this Crunchy Cashew Salad with Tropical Fruit or paired with unctuous cheeses, like this Mache, Fig & Stilton Salad.
Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh blackberries
1 Tbs. lime juice
1/4 tsp. Alae Hawaiian Salt
2 1/2 Tbs. Blackberry Ginger Infused Balsamic
1/2 cup Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
Instructions:
Place ingredients (blackberries, lime juice, salt, balsamic, and olive oil) in a food processor and blend until combined. Transfer the mixture to a serving vessel (we like glass bottles or our Salad Dressing Bottle, the better to shake and serve) and drizzle over your favorite seasonal salads.
