Elizabeth Harris is a registered dietitian, certified Intuitive Eating counselor,
author and co-host of the podcast Wellness Rebranded. 
Through her private counseling, group programs, workshops, and media contributions, Elizabeth empowers people to drop out of diet culture and
cultivate a happy, healthy relationship with food that supports their nutrition,
health, and well-being.
A fierce advocate for weight-inclusive care, Elizabeth’s approach focuses on
mind-body practices and healthy, sustainable habit building. She believes 
food is meant to be enjoyed, movement should bring happiness, and life is too
short to count carbs or calories.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian language
and Slavic and East European Studies from the University of Connecticut.
In her spare time, you’ll find her keeping backyard bees, gardening, and reading
voraciously, and traveling the world with her husband and three grown kids —
hitting every available farmers’ market along the way.

Fun ! Learned a lot. Class was well organized . Chef Charley was open for discussions on every topic from art of chopping , buying food, and of course cooking Lebanese cuisine.... We learned how to make Lebanese cuisine but the best part was we to to enjoy the food with Charley and new friends.
