Just what I was looking for! I love cottage cheese bowls for breakfast with berries, a pinch of lemon zest, a Tablespoon of chopped, spiced nuts and a drizzle of Blood Orange Olive Oil.
I too wish the bottles were shorter so they would fit in my cupboard.

Perfect combo

I paired this with the oregano white balsamic and the garlic and herb seasoning mix from the Spice and Tea Exchange. It made a beautiful, summery vinaigrette that is perfect on a grilled chicken salad.

I substituted this in for the vegetable oil when making a boxed mix of brownies - turned out awesome! They were a huge hit with everyone.

I also used it in a from-scratch cake recipe that called for vegetable oil, along with some orange zest, to make a tasty lightly orange-flavored cake base.

I will probably try (and enjoy) it in vinaigrettes as well, but wanted to point out the lovely baking potential!
