Elizabeth Harris is a registered dietitian, certified Intuitive Eating counselor,

author, and co-host of the podcast Wellness Rebranded. 

Through her private counseling, group programs, workshops, and media

contributions, Elizabeth empowers people to drop out of diet culture and

cultivate a happy, healthy relationship with food that supports their nutrition,

health, and wellbeing.

A fierce advocate for weight-inclusive care, Elizabeth's approach focuses on mind-body practices and healthy, sustainable habit-building. She believes food is meant to be enjoyed, movement should bring happiness, and life is too short to count carbs or calories.

Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Russian language and Slavic and East European Studies from the University of Connecticut.

In her spare time, you'll find her keeping backyard bees, gardening, reading voraciously, and traveling the world with her husband and three grown kids —hitting every available farmers' market.
