This extra virgin olive oil was made at our family’s mill in Linares, Spain, during the first two days of harvest this October by crushing under-ripe green olives early in the morning and then again at night to maintain a low olive fruit temperature.

A beautiful medium intensity, balanced Picual with highly fruity aromas of green almond, fresh fig, tomato plant, banana peel, and nettle. This mostly fruity, pungent, less bitter oil is alive with green herbaceous notes, mint, black pepper, and sweet sensations of green apple. Absolutely world-class and spectacular.

Delicious!

This olive oil is delicious! I have been using on my caprese, made with fresh tomatoes from my garden. It has such a wonderful flavor! And it is pure, undiluted, and I wouldn’t use anything else.

I live in Georgia, but my brother lives in PA. Every time I visit with him and his family, we always visit your store and have for several years. Early on I tasted your Family Reserve Picual EVOO, and completely fell in love with the unique flavor. It tastes so good! I do not cook with this oil, but I do drizzle it on top of pasta dishes, use it on charcuterie boards, tomato salads, bread, etc. I buy enough bottles of this oil to last until my next trip to PA and your store! I tried the Family Reserve Picual EVOO. Once I tried it, I bought the large bottle. It's now my go to EVOO. This is a wonderful Spanish EVOO with hints of fruits and almonds but not overbearing.

Great versatile olive oil.

MESQUITE HICKORY SMOKED OIL

This is a seriously authentically flavoured oil, which was utterly delicious as an accompaniment dip for my bourbon maple red onion and feta sourdough bread (yes, this infused bread was made with one of the balsamics). The smokiness was the perfect intense-level for me personally, and it brought my appetiser to a whole new level. One of your best!

Love the roasted garlic!

This is wonderful! Not overpowering, just a nice subtle flavor of garlic. I've give through 3 bottles in 2 months! I have a roasted carrot and garlic recipe that I use with this specific oil. I might be slightly obsessed. It's delicious!
