I enjoy using it to cook everything from eggs to fresh chicken, mixed with the Sicilian Lemon Vinegar it's great for pan seared pork chops. I use it regularly for my Italian dishes, to my family's delight.
I combine this with the mango fruit vinegar as per the recommendation of the salesperson. I marinate shrimp or salmon with it and pair it with roasted mango!
Just bought this as a gift! Highly recommend to top off any Italian style dish!
