Perfect to take along on a beach vacation!!!!

My husband doesn't even realize there is vinegar in the salad dressings I make with this vinegar. He can't stand anything with a vinegar taste, but this one, he likes! I love it mixed with herb infused oils or even in Sparkling Seltzer as a refreshing drink. Great on fruit salad too. I'll be back for more.

We took this pairing to a friend for a new home dinner and tour. They are world travel foodies with a custom kitchen. They absolutely loved the gift and said that they were going to the store in person to check out all the other products!

I really like the peppery note in this oil plus the polyphenol content is high.

This is a great balsamic for use in salads as well as cooking with salmon, chicken and pork. Bought this in the store in Annapolis initially and will always keep in my pantry.

I use the bourbon maple to caramelise red onions for my sourdough bread. Together with the onions and feta, the bread is infused for 12 plus hours, and when baked the results are spectacular. The flavouring of the bourbon and sweet maple compliments the salty feta and it's the perfect accompaniment to any charcuterie board.

The Black Cherry Infused Balsamic oil and vinegar is wonderful on my salads. Would buy again
