Avocado and Mango salad with Coconut Balsamic

Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, diced
2 ripe mangos, diced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. Seasons Persian lime infused oil
2 Tbsp. Seasons Coconut balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tsp. Seasons Black Hawaiian salt
1 Tsp. chopped cilantro (Optional)
Directions:
Place diced avocado, mango and shallot in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Persian lime infused olive oil, coconut balsamic vinegar and cilantro.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and sprinkle with black Hawaiian salt.
