Fruit Salad with Lavender Infused Dark Balsamic
1/2 cup of each: fresh strawberry quartered, fresh blueberries, fresh peach pitted and quartered, fresh apricot pitted and quartered.
2Tbs. Lavender Infused Dark Balsamic
1Tbs. crushed pistachio (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
For the blueberry sauce:
12 oz. fresh blueberry
1Tbs. lemon juice
2 Tbs. sugar
Pinch of Seasons Fleur de Sel
To make the blueberry sauce:
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then turn the temperature down and simmer on low for about 10 minutes. Let cool at room temperature.
Arrange the fruit in a serving bowl, and pour over the lavender infused balsamic and the blueberry sauce. Garnish with mint and crushed pistachio
