Spinach, Bacon and Blue Cheese Salad
4 cups baby spinach
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup walnuts
1/8 cup blue cheese crumbles
Raspberry Walnut Dressing:
Dash of black pepper
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
5oz. Raspberry Infused Balsamic
3oz. Roasted Walnut Oil
1oz. Lemon Infused EVOO
Layer salad ingredients on plates (spinach, bacon, grapes, walnuts, and blue cheese).
Combine raspberry walnut dressing ingredients in the salad dressing shaker bottle (following the diagram listed on the side of the bottle). Shake to combine and drizzle over the salad when ready to serve.
