Dark Chocolate Blood Orange Vinaigrette
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove chopped
½ tsp Seasons Pepe e Aglio Black Pepper Blend
Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl or blender. (Or, use an immersion blender to blend in bowl.)
Blend on low, adding Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil in a steady stream until combined.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks. If separation occurs, shake vigorously.
