Roasted Cauliflower with Turmeric Curry Agrodolce
½ lb cauliflower, cut into florets
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 TbsSeasons Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch red chili flakes
½ Tbs turmeric
Seasons Curry Premium Salt, to taste
Seasons Pepe e Aglio, to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl with minced garlic.
In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric, salt, and Pepe e Aglio and stir well.
Drizzle olive oil mixture over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Spread cauliflower evenly on a large baking sheet. Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and starting to brown. Remove from the oven and drizzle Turmeric Curry Agrodolce.
Sprinkle with Seasons Curry Premium Salt and chili flakes and garnish with cilantro leaves.
