Kale Chips

Kale Chips


6 large leaves of kale, washed and dried
3 tbsp Persian Lime Infused Olive Oil
1 tbsp Fleur de Sel Premium Salt
¼ tsp Spanish Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Pepe e Aglio


Preheat oven to 300°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Remove kale leaves from the stalk and tear into small pieces, about 2-3” each and put into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and massage into kale leaves for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, pepe e aglio, smoked paprika and toss to coat evenly.

Lay kale leaves on the sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
