Cowboy Butter Grilled Corn
4 ears of corn
1/2 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 teaspoons Cowboy Spice Blend
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. While the grill is preheating soak the corn in water for about 15-30 minutes (this will keep the husks from burning).
Grill corn for 10-15 minutes, or until tender, flipping occasionally. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly before removing the husks and silks.
While the corn is cooling, place the softened butter and cowboy spice blend in a bowl, using a fork, mix until combine. *Alternatively, you can make the butter ahead of time, roll into a cylinder using parchment paper, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Spread cowboy butter over shucked corn before serving.
