TRUFF Michelada 

TRUFF Michelada 
makes 2 cocktails 


TRUFF tomato cocktail base: 

1 cup tomatoes (cherry tomatoes or whole tomatoes cut into chunks)

2 tablespoons lime juice 

2 tablespoons Smoked Olive Agrodolce 

1 tablespoon TRUFF Hot Sauce 

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 

1 teaspoon soy sauce 


2 tablespoons TRUFF Hot Sauce

2 tablespoons Roasted Onion Salt 

2 cans or bottles Mexican lager beer 

lime wedges 


Combine cocktail base ingredients (tomatoes, lime juice, agrodolce, Truff hot sauce, Worcestershire, and soy sauce) in a food processor and blend until smooth. Strain into a bowl or shaker and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. 

Pour additional Truff hot sauce on a plate and rim the lip of a beer glass or pint glass. On a separate plate, add salt and coat the rim, gently pressing the glass into the salt to adhere. Fill the glasses with ice, pour in beer and cocktail base, stir to combine. Garnish the glasses with lime wedges before serving.
