Strawberry and Burrata Salad
One Salad
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups baby arugula
1 cup radicchio, chopped
6-8 strawberries, halved
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1 2-3oz burrata
grilled or toasted sourdough

Directions:
This salad assembles a little differently, meaning during your lunch break. Combining all of these ingredients before lunch will cause some sogging. So, it is best to store everything separately (you can combine the arugula and radicchio) in sealable containers or baggies. When you’re ready to munch at lunch, start with the base of arugula and radicchio and top with strawberries, pecans, and burrata. Portion lavender balsamic and lemon agrumato oil into a sealable container (we love using mason jars). When you’re ready to enjoy, simply shake the dressing until blended and drizzle over your salad.
