Rosemary Olive Oil Roasted Cashews
2 cups raw cashews
1/4 cup Seasons Rosemary Infused EVOO
1 Tsp. Seasons Murray River Salt
1 Tsp. Seasons Pepe e Aglio (black pepper blend)
1/2 Tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
Toss the roasted cashews with the rosemary mixture to coat the nuts well.
