Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon with Balsamic Vinegar & Fresh Rosemary
1 large ripe honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cut into wedges
16 pieces of thinly sliced prosciutto
3 Tbs Seasons Italian Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 sprig fresh rosemary
12 toothpicks (optional)
Wrap a strip of prosciutto slice around each melon wedges; secure with toothpicks, if desired.
Drizzle with Seasons Italian Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle with fresh rosemary leaves.
