Pineapple and Basil Dark & Stormy
2oz. dark rum
2oz. Kaffir Lime and Ginger Agrodolce
2oz. pineapple juice
3oz. soda water, ginger beer or ginger ale
pineapple slices or wedges
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in rum, agrodolce and pineapple juice. Shake until blended and cold and pour into highball or rocks glasses. Top the glass with a little soda water, ginger beer or ginger ale and garnish with pineapple and basil.
