Pico de Gallo with Chilean Coratina
Serves 4


2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
¼ cup white or red onion, diced
1 jalapeño finely, minced
1 tsp lime juice
3 Tbs Seasons Chilean Coratina
2 Tbs Seasons Cilantro & Garlic Infused White Balsamic
1 Tbs cilantro, chopped
Seasons Roasted Garlic Fused Salt, to taste
Seasons Pepe e Aglio, to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
