Peach Bellini

Peach Bellini
Serves: 4 – 6 | Prep Time: 10 Minutes


1 lb. peaches, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
1 cup Seasons Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1 bottle (750mL) Prosecco
*Assorted berries and mint leaves, for garnish (optional)


Peel peaches and cut into chunks.

Combine the peaches and balsamic in a blender and blend until smooth. Spoon the peach puree into into a pitcher or into the bottom of individual champagne glasses (about 1-2 Tbs in each glass).

Top with Prosecco. Garnish with fresh raspberries, strawberries, and/or mint leaves, if desired. Additional puree can be stored in an airtight container in your freezer for up to one month.
