7 oz. can of chickpeas
1 tablespoon of tahini
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Turkish Seasoning
4 cloves of roasted garlic
4 tablespoon of Seasons Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Seasons Toasted Sesame oil
Vegetable broth if needed
Fleur de Sel to taste
In a food processor or blender, add all the ingredients but the oils, start pulsing, and then slowly pour the roasted sesame oil and olive oil until the desired consistency.
Check the seasonings and serve at room temperature.
Garnish with a drizzle of Arbequina EVOO and Turkish Seasoning.
