Mango Fruttato & Lime EVOO Vinaigrette

Mango Fruttato & Lime EVOO Vinaigrette


1/3 cup Seasons Mango Fruttato White Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Seasons Lime Infused EVOO
1 Tbsp. minced shallot
2 Tbsp. finely shopped cilantro
1 tsp. minced Thai red chili (or any fresh chili pepper of your choice)
Seasons Pepe e Aglio (black pepper blend), to taste
Seasons Garlic Infused Salt, to taste


In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients. Cover and shake well until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning. For a milder tasting vinaigrette, add more olive oil.
Refrigerate prepared vinaigrette for up to 1 week. Shake well before serving.

Ideal Uses:

Drizzle over grilled chicken, grilled seafood or pork.
Spice up a grilled fruit and avocado salsa or salad.
Delicious over baby spinach salad.
