Jalapeno - Lime Vinaigrette
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic
2 Tsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. Wild Lavender Honey (available at Seasons Taproom)
¼ cup packed cilantro leaves
¼ cup Seasons Jalapeno White Balsamic
½ cup Seasons Persian Lime Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Tsp. Seasons Pink Himalayan Salt, or to taste
Place the jalapeno pepper and garlic clove into a small food processor and pulse until the jalapeno and garlic are finely chopped. Add in the lime juice, honey cilantro leaves, jalapeno white balsamic vinegar, and salt; pulse a few times to blend. Pour in the Persian Lime Infused extra virgin olive oil and blend until the olive oil is fully incorporated into the dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning accordingly. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
