Grilled Chicken and Avocado Mayo Sandwich
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
4 slices whole wheat bread
½ cup radish sprouts
1 tomato, sliced
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
1 avocado, pitted
1 tsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Seasons Cilantro & Red Onion Infused Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Seasons Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
Seasons Roasted Garlic Fused Premium Salt, to taste
(or, if you like a little heat, try Seasons Ghost Pepper Fused Premium Salt!)
¼ cup mayonnaise
In a medium bowl, combine mix all mayonnaise ingredients and mash with a fork until you have achieved your preferred texture.
Spread avocado mayo on one slice of bread. Top with avocado mayo, tomato, chicken, sliced avocado, radish, and second piece of bread. Enjoy!
