Fresh Figs With Blue Cheese & Honey
Seasons Fig Balsamic
Wild Lavender Honey [Available at Seasons Taproom]
Seasons Fleur de Sel Premium (French sea salt)
Seasons Pepe e Aglio (black pepper blend)
8 oz fresh figs (10–12 fresh figs)
1⁄4 lb blue cheese, your favorite
Fresh thyme leaves
Cut each fig into quarters. Place on serving plate, drizzle with honey and fig balsamic, and crumble the blue cheese over the figs. Season to taste with Fleur de Sel, Pepe e Aglio, and fresh thyme leaves.
Serve with your favorite drinks.
