Pan-Seared Flounder with Chilean Favolosa
2 flounder fillets
2 Tbs Seasons Milanese Gremolata Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 sprig of thyme
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbs Seasons Chilean Favolosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup parsley leaves, chopped
Seasons Cyprus Flake Sea Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Lemon zest for garnish
Pat the flounder fillets dry with a paper towel. Season the fish with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Add Chilean Favolosa EVOO to a non stick skillet pan over medium high heat. When the skillet is hot, add the thyme, garlic, and flounder fillets. Cook for about 2 minutes. Turn the fish over and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
Transfer to warmed serving plates and drizzle with Seasons Milanese Gremolata Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Garnish with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
