Cranberry Orange Shrub with Fresh Rosemary
2 cups cranberries
5 oz. Bee Raw Honey [Available at Seasons]
375 mL Honeybell Orange Balsamic [Available at Seasons]
2 quarts seltzer or prossecco
Several sprigs fresh rosemary
2 fresh oranges, sliced for garnish
1 cup frozen cranberries, for garnish
5 cups ice
In a medium size saucepan, bring honey and cranberries to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stir frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Store in refrigerator until ready to make shrub.
Combine cranberry honey mixture, Honeybell Orange Balsamic, seltzer, rosemary, frozen cranberries, and orange slices in a large pitcher, stir well. Add ice to fill.
