Avocado Oil



Cold-pressed in the United States from the flesh of premium avocados, this oil is lovely for both sweet and savory applications. Because it is rich in beneficial nutrients, antioxidants, and oleic acid (a monounsaturated fat), avocado oil is, like extra virgin olive oil, considered a superfood. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for stir-frying, sautéing, and baking, but its delicate, almost neutral flavor allows it to blend well in condiments such as mayo, aioli and other dipping sauces. This is a fantastic, heart-healthy cooking oil!
