Memphis Smoke Seasoning

When using as a rub 1 or 2 tsp. per pound of meat should be thoroughly rubbed in, reapplication can be done toward the end of grilling. This rub is sure to please, great on chicken, pork, steak or turkey.

You can make a sauce by mixing 1 to 2 tbsp. per cup of tomato sauce and try adding a little Traditional Balsamic vinegar for some sweetness. This sauce can be used for Sloppy Joes or as a dipping sauce for wings.


Spanish Paprika, Brown Sugar, Black Pepper, Medium Chili Powder, Roasted Garlic, Toasted Onion, Nutmeg and Hickory Smoke Salt

Use: Poultry, Pork, Beef, Vegetable, Stews
