This is a medium intensity Nocellara that is typical of the region and variety from the top mill, Frantoio Cutrera. The Nocellara variety is very well balanced as to bitterness, pungency, and fruitiness, as well as sweetness and astringency. The dominant flavors are green, herbaceous fruitiness of fresh-cut-grass, mint, cinnamon, and black pepper. Gold Medal winner at the 2019 L.A. County Fair International Olive Oil Competition.

Use this oil to finish pizza, focaccia, cold vegetable soups, salads, and scrambled eggs.
