This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso
and dark roasted coffee. It makes a fantastic glaze or barbeque base for pork, beef or
chicken. Add a shot to an “affogatto float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato
scoops covered with coffee.

Our most special traditional balsamic vinegar comes from Modena, Italy - the only certified region where a “true” balsamic vinegar can be made.
Made utilizing the Solara method of progressive wood barrels, our traditional balsamic contains an amount of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar sufficient to achieve the desired density, and incredibly balanced and complex flavor characteristics present in fine vinegars. Rich in sweet fruit and woody flavors, our balsamic is nectar-like and luscious in flavor, and is much thicker than your usual balsamic.
The traditional Balsamic Vinegar can be drizzled over salad, tomatoes, cheese or vanilla ice cream. Try a few drops in soups, stews, on grilled and roasted meats, and on chicken and fish to add acidity and bring out the intrinsic flavors. Delightful on top of tomatoes, it is especially delicious on strawberries and fresh fruit.
This dense, sweet, 12-year balsamic vinegar is made with figs and exhibits mellow fig flavor with less "bite" due to a lower acid content. This moderately tart vinegar is the perfect pair for a Caprese salad or simply drizzled over fresh fruit.
The traditional style Dark Chocolate balsamic is the perfect ingredient for drizzling on vanilla ice cream or cheese plates. Try this balsamic as a marinade for pork skewers and discover new layers of flavor that will enhance your food. Aged for a minimum of 12 years.
The Tangerine infused balsamic has layers of luscious, citrus flavor that will compliment any fruit salad. Our tangerine balsamic makes a wonderful salad dressing when paired with our Blood Orange Fused extra virgin olive oil. Try drizzling a few drops on top of grilled scallops for a sweet, vibrant finish. Aged for a minimum of 12 years.
Our popular cinnamon pear balsamic vinegar lends itself well to finishing any savory dish or dessert. The exciting fall flavor will enhance baked apples, pear salads or any fruit cobbler.
