Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site. Seasons Taproom accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All prices are subject to change without notice. We do not ship C.O.D. Sales tax will automatically be added to any applicable purchase.
Orders & Exceptions
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
- Delayed deliveries due to weather or other “Acts of God”
- Incorrect addresses
- Unopened shipments (all boxes are clearly marked “Seasons”)
- Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the pending arrival of goods.
Your goods are packaged in secure cartons and each item is individually bubble wrapped to ensure protection. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.
We guarantee the quality of our oils. If you have a problem with a products quality, please call 610 866 2615 and we will review your claim. In some cases refunds can be given if customer returns product in question.
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, we may need to substitute items within gift selections. We always compose gift selections with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value.
Gift cards are redeemable at all Seasons locations for retail items only. Currently, gift cards are not redeemable online, but will be soon. All gift cards are mailed out via USPS First-Class Mail upon receipt of your order.
A personalized gift note can be included with all of our products at no extra charge. Please be sure to include this before checkout.
