Seasons Recipes for Salts
Winter Radish and Carrot Salad with Peanuts, Cilantro, and Honey Ginger Dressing

Serves 8
Ingredients
2 cups organic carrots, cut into matchsticks by hand or with mandolin
1 large organic watermelon radish, cut into matchsticks
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup Seasons Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Seasons Toasted Sesame Oil
¼ tsp Seasons Matcha Tea Premium Salt
2 Tbs whole roasted organic peanuts
Garnish:
2 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ tsp black sesame seeds
Directions
Place carrots, radish, garlic, and peanuts in a medium-sized stainless bowl and toss with Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar, Toasted Sesame Oil, and Matcha Infused Salt.
Allow to rest in fridge for at least 2 hours. Mix well before serving.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and black sesame seeds before serving.
