Sweet & Spicy Cauliflower
2 heads of cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
½ cup Seasons Chipotle Infused Olive Oil
2 large cloves of garlic, grated on microplane
1/3 cup Seasons Vermont Maple Balsamic Condimento
3 Tbs honey
2 Heaping Tbs Seasons Maple & Pepper Premium Spice Blend [Available at Seasons]
2 teaspoons Seasons Ghost Pepper Fused Premium Salt
Tools Needed: Mixing Bowl, Whisk, Microplane Zester, Baking Sheet, Parchment Paper or Silpat
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the oil, garlic, vinegar, honey, and spices in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Add the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated. Transfer the cauliflower to the oven on a parchment or Silpat lined baking sheet.
Roast for 15 minutes, toss and roast for another 15 minutes, or until fork tender.
Serve hot. Be sure to pour any remaining sauce from the baking sheet into the serving dish.
Tip: Grating garlic on a microplane zester is great for recipes that call for fresh garlic. The end result is a smooth garlic paste, that will blend seamlessly into your recipe.
